This is a temporary position with a limited duration of 90 days or less located in Las Vegas, NV.
The Exercise Support Specialist provides necessary logistics support services for the Red Flag and Green Flag Exercises. The individual performs under the direction of the assigned Exercise Support Lead and within the policies, procedures and guidelines of the exercise command center. The purpose of this position is to provide various logistics and administrative support to the Royal Saudi Air Force during deployment to Nellis, AFB NV and enroute locations as necessary.
- Deliver logistics and administrative functions in execution of exercise support; includes general office duties and driving company provided vehicle between the airport, hotel, Nellis AFB, local attractions and planned events.
- Provide friendly, customer-oriented responses to all inquiries ensuring strict adherence to company and exercise command center policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Apply organized judgment to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks in accordance with established deadlines, taking initiative where appropriate and seeking assistance when required
- Communicate and work with staff and customers in a cordial and professional manner.
- Provide the highest quality of products and services to satisfy customer needs and requirements as specified by the performance work statement.

Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
- Previous exercise support experience preferred but not mandatory
License, Cert or Registration
- Current state driver’s license
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship
Special knowledge, skills, & abilities
- Must possess an excellent command of the English language
- Ability to successfully perform basic mathematical functions as required including tracking/documentation of fuel expenditures
- Demonstrate and apply judgement and understanding to carry out written or oral instructions
- Ability to safely operate different motor vehicles including sedans, vans, and small utility trucks
- Ability to perform general office duties in a typical office environment
- Quick learner with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Possess problem solving skills and ability to prioritize daily work schedule
- Basic computer and electronic skills including use of smart phones and mapping software
