BlueForce Inc. is seeking a Mission Planning Cell (MPC) in support of the Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) at Creech Air Force Base, NV.

General Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Create detailed mission products with a variety of operational and intelligence information for aircrews flying combat missions at Creech AFB. Members of the Mission Support Cell should be prepared to provide shift work in a 24/5 environment; for PAROC MPCs the requirement is 24/7.
- Process tasking’s at classification levels up to Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI).
- Interface with aircrew and provide real-time informational support to ongoing combat missions (missions that the Mission Support Cell briefed/planned) as required.
- Liaise with the unit’s customers to provide aircrew real-time updates on the supported unit’s composition, location, objectives, and anything else to bridge the gap between home station and the AOR.
- Collect mission information such as key events, changes in tasking’s, maintenance information, and training events, etc. during and after mission execution for tracking and trend analysis purposes, and provides recommendations to squadron/group leadership.
- Investigate enemy and blue force intelligence Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) and brief crews in order to increase their situational awareness during combat operations.
- Interface with unit schedulers and operations supervisors to resolve crew and system shortages/conflicts when required.
- Be able to search classified networks to provide in-depth research and analysis of relevant information.
- Prepare briefing slides for the Commander and Director of Operations or their designated representative for a daily WAR briefing.
- Update Commander and Director of Operations on daily mission accomplishments via hardcopy binder. This update may include a statistical update of the squadron’s mission achievements (i.e. hours flown, weapons employed, etc.).
