As Chief Inspector, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and directing inspection standards, methods, and procedures for multiple, larger, more-complex Part 145 Repair Station operations and ensure compliance with applicable regulations (FAA, EASA, DCM, etc.), all environmental health and safety policies/procedures, and manufacturers requirements. You'll certify aircraft airworthiness after inspection by signing aircraft releases and ensuring that all inspections, regarding scheduled maintenance, aircraft modifications and/or component changes are performed accurately and will ensure that approved equipment and materials are being utilized while high standards of workmanship are being attained. Salary & Benefits: 4 – day work week, (minimum 40 hours a week) Company sponsored health benefits after 30 days 401K available after 30 days – company match has vesting period Personal Time Off (PTO) available after 30 days Qualifications You Must Have: B.A. (or equivalent degree) - a higher level degree may substitute for relevant experience Typically, 10+ years of progressive aviation experience, which includes 5+ years of aircraft inspection experience.
