Description
BlueForce Inc. is looking for candidates in support of the Combat Air Forces (CAF) Fighter Squadron (FS), United States Air Force Warfare Center (USAFWC) flying units, and Air Support Operations Squadrons (ASOS) in multiple locations including Langley AFB, Hill AFB, Davis Monthan AFB, Mountain Home AFB, Nellis AFB, Shaw AFB, Seymore Johnson AFB, and Tyndall AFB. Operations support functions break down as follows:
- Unit Operations Scheduling,
- Unit Operations Training,
- Standardizations & Evaluations (Stan/Eval),
- Weapons and Tactics (Vault Support & Mission Planning Support),
- Unit Mobility,
- Non-Aviation Programs & Readiness (NPR),
- Equipment Management, and Armorer support.

Qualifications
Overall Qualifications:
- Active Secret clearance. Top Secret/SCI clearance is required for Weapons and Tactics (Vault Support & Mission Planning Support).
- Experience working in a squadron (CAF FS/USAFWC/ASOS), group, or wing program.
- Experience working in a DoD flying squadron, group, or wing Scheduling/Training/StanEval/Weapons/Mobility Office/Supply Office program as applicable.
- Experience using PEX (FS) or TACTICS (ASOS) or similar scheduling program.
- Experience using Microsoft Office.
